EINDHOVEN | HELMOND – Today, the firms announce that Linden Accountants will become part of Wesselman Accountants | Adviseurs. This strategic step, completed on September 1, strengthens the organization's position in the Eindhoven area. The move offers synergy benefits and combines knowledge and expertise to broaden accounting and advisory services.
With this acquisition, Wesselman deviates from the prevailing trend of organizations partnering with private equity firms. Instead, the firm opts for an independent course, focusing on substantive strengthening and sustainable growth from its own strength. In a rapidly changing industry, this step is essential to accelerate investments in quality assurance, personnel, and digitization. This development has no impact on services – clients can continue to rely on the expertise, quality, and personal attention of both firms.
The former owners of Linden remain involved with the organization, employees, and clients. They are also jointly responsible for daily operations and further expansion and integration. They will continue to operate from the existing office in Veldhoven. By joining Wesselman, the firm retains its strength and personal client approach while broadening its services.
