What we do.
  • Setting up of general employment or specific expat policies;
  • Set up of personnel administration/filing;
  • Coordination and correspondence with governmental bodies regarding applicable health labor law requirements.

Special care should for instance be taken in respect to the set-up of the personnel administration. Based up on EU legislation, the access to individual employee information should be restricted, and the employee should have unlimited access to his/her file. Separate to our payroll software (or in combination), we can provide for a digital personnel file set up which ensures that these demands can be met successfully without limiting the employees' individual access possibilities.
